ETEX Building Performance

ETEX Building Performance

Client: ETEX Building Performance

The Challenge

ETEX Building Performance required an upgrade to their site entrance, combining access control, perimeter security, and supporting infrastructure within a live environment. With constant activity, the challenge was to create a secure, clearly defined entry point that safely manages both vehicle and pedestrian movement, while maintaining operations and minimising disruption throughout the project.

The Solution

DJ Byers delivered a coordinated, turnkey solution, integrating civils, perimeter security, and access control into one system. Works included new infrastructure and walkways, galvanised palisade fencing, a 16m trackless cantilever sliding gate, ANPR-controlled bollards, and turnstiles with integrated access control, including face recognition. PTZ camera coverage completed the solution, providing clear visibility and control across the entrance.

The Result

The site now benefits from a secure, fully integrated entry point that improves safety, control, and day-to-day operation. Vehicle and pedestrian movement is clearly managed, while access control and surveillance provide greater visibility and accountability. Delivered as one cohesive project, the result is a reliable, compliant solution built to perform in a demanding environment.
