The Challenge
York Racecourse needed enhanced real-time oversight across their extensive estate. We had previously upgraded their original analogue system to an IP platform, but security is a moving target.
Recognising this, York Racecourse tasked DJ Byers with consolidating and expanding control to meet their ever-evolving security demands.
The Solution
We upgraded the secure network backbone, linking the entire site into one central control system. This included a complete control room update, enabling race-day teams to monitor activity in real time, flag known offenders or barred individuals, and respond promptly to signs of behaviour before they escalate.
The Result
The new solution gives the team a centralised, intuitive platform that works with their pace, not against it. Their security response is faster, smarter, and fully connected across departments. This ensures visitors enjoy their experience and return again and again.
