CCTV Maintenance

Gold Fully Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Contract
(Below is an example of a CCTV Contract)

• Includes annual preventive maintenance visits appropriate to the size of system with full detailed reports provided.
• All service calls are inclusive should problems occur between those visits.
• Replacement/repair of defective equipment, including Hard Drive failures and even complete NVRs and Server recording platforms.
• Dome cameras are expected to fail within 18-36 months when used regularly. We stock many replacement domes from a variety of manufacturers as well as Joystick controllers.
• Service Stock held is equivalent to £150K of replacement equipment. This means minimum downtime for our customers' systems.
• Includes provision of one of our Access Platforms if required for safe working at height.
• 24 Hour Free Technical Support and access to our customer support portal for technical assistance.
• Compliance with Applicable Code of Practice.
• Full Electronic attendance documentation for service and maintenance visits.

Silver Service Only Contract
We also offer a Service Only Contract which does not include any replacement equipment but can prevent costly problems occurring. These can be tailored to the individual customer with the assurance of Fully Trained Engineers and product support.

Access Control Maintenance

Gold Fully Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Contract
(Below is an example of an Access Control Contract)

• Includes annual preventive maintenance visits appropriate to the size of system with full detailed reports provided.
• All service calls are inclusive should problems occur between those visits.
• Replacement/repair of defective equipment, including readers, locks, door controllers and central servers if required.
• We hold a Service Stock equivalent to 50K of replacement Access Control equipment. This ensures minimum downtime for our customers’ systems whilst providing support for a multitude of different system types.
• 24 Hour Free Technical Support and access to our customer support portal for technical assistance.
• Compliance with applicable SSAIB Access Code of Practice.
• Full Electronic attendance documentation for service and maintenance visits.

Silver Service Only Contract
We also offer a Service Only Contract which does not include any replacement equipment but can prevent costly problems occurring. These can be tailored to the individual customer with the assurance of Fully Trained Engineers and product support.

Intruder Maintenance

Gold Fully Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Contract
(Below is an example of an Intruder Contract)

• Includes annual preventive maintenance visits appropriate to the size of system with full detailed reports provided.
• Fully audit trailed testing of the system.
• All service calls are inclusive should problems occur between those visits.
• Replacement/repair of defective equipment, including but not limited to Batteries, PIRs, Door Contacts and Control Panels.
• Service Stock held is equivalent to £60K of replacement equipment. This ensures minimum downtime for our customers’ systems whilst providing support for a multitude of different system types.
• 24 Hour Free Technical Support and access to our customer support portal for technical assistance.
• Compliance with applicable BS4737 Intruder Alarms Code of Practice.
• Full Electronic attendance documentation for service and maintenance visits.

Automated Access Maintenance

Silver Preventive Maintenance Contract
(Below is an example of an Automated Access Contract)

• Includes annual preventive maintenance visits appropriate to the size of system with full detailed reports provided.
• All service calls are inclusive should problems occur between those visits.
• Forced Testing of Gate Systems in compliance with safety standards annually.
• We hold a Service Stock equivalent to 60K of replacement Gate, Barriers and Turnstile equipment. This ensures minimum downtime for our customers’ systems whilst providing support for a multitude of different system types.
• 24 Hour Free Technical Support and access to our customer support portal for technical assistance.
• Compliance with applicable Machine Directive Code of Practice.
• Full Electronic attendance documentation for service and maintenance visits.
